Integrated Tick Programs

We have developed effective measures to treat properties for ticks, based on our knowledge of their life cycles and habitats. Our treatments are applied not only to the lawn areas of your property, but also – and even more importantly – to the ecotone areas, where the grass turns into a woodland environment. We know that ticks prefer weed beds and overgrown fields, and studies have proven they can be found anywhere from ground level to four feet high. Our system treats the ecotone area thoroughly and the lawn area lightly to kill the ticks throughout your landscape.

We recommend treating at the end of May, June, and again in September, when temperatures generate the highest levels of tick activity. Occasionally, an Indian summer in October will call for a further treatment.
